Birra Follina – Italian Microbrewery from Treviso
The microbrewery Birra Follina from Treviso was born from the idea of creating high-quality craft beers with a unique character, rooted in the culture of the territory, especially grapes and wine.
Giovanni Gregoletto, son of a winemaking family from the Prosecco region, is the founder of Birra Follina. His years of experience in the world of wine, especially maturation on lees, led him to the idea of creating craft beers as early as 1992. In 2012, this vision was realized with the support of his wife Virginia and his brother Giuseppe. Of course, Elio Poloniato must not be forgotten, as the experienced brewmaster developed the recipes for Birra Follina beers based on Giovanni's ideas.
Birra Follina – Range of Craft Beers
Today, Birra Follina offers high-quality craft beers, unfiltered, top-fermented, inspired by the best abbey beers. The range of craft beers, white, blonde, amber, all in the Belgian style, unfiltered and unpasteurized, is dedicated to the stories of its homeland. Good water, the selection of malts and hops are the main ingredients that, thanks to modern technology and efficient plant engineering, lend a special personality to every beer in the Birra Follina collection.
